No Excuses

Okay, here's something I've been forever holding in my chest and must now release. This "motivational" I made is for bullies who bully others because they're having issues in their life, and to feel better they go ruin somebody else's. I'm sorry but everytime a teacher will say that they probably do it because of their own problems at home, I just shake my head and say, "What an EXCUSE." Because I really really hate it when I hear that. I'm sure that some people who read this might spark anger and flaming in some people who'd say, "You dont understand what they go through!" or "You have no idea!"
Excuse me? Um, YES I DO know what they go through! As they have problems, I also have problems! What, you think MY family is all perfect and happy? I'll tell you right now they arent. My family is sooooo NOT perfect and happy. But you know what? I dont use it as a means to hurt others. What do I do? I go to my counselor and talk about it and how I feel. And everytime I leave her office, I feel a lot better! Maybe not entirely, but a significant amount I can definitely recognize.

In absolutely no law, book, or school rule does anything, event, or incident give a person or a kid the right to pick on the lower kids and harm or harass them emotionally and/or physically. NOTHING allows them to impress harm on an individual who's weaker than they are. So what, they think that they're having a better life and to make them feel better they're going to harm them? Yep. Good job for bullying them and now ruining all the hope they had for themselves. Jerks. And what makes me even angrier is when a bullied kid takes their life because its so bad.

And yes, before the fire comes, I dont completely hate and call these people out, and DO have sympathy. For the fact that they're going through a tough time. Nobody should have to suffer for something they dont deserve. But what I DONT have sympathy for is when that turns into something that makes them bully others. You know, all of us are most likely having the same situation in this economy now. No parents having jobs, no money, no getting the toys you want, yeah. I know. Its bad. And I truly hope it gets better.

But whats not getting better is this bullying. Bullying NEEDS to be put to an end. And I'm so thankful counselors and programs are made for preventing it. My school is currently in the progress of making a club that I will be joining once its officialized. Counselors arent just for victims either. They're for bullies. Especially bullies who are having their personal problems... which they've used to attack others with. Now that there is my solution and response to them. If you're having problems at home or in your life, TALK TO SOMEONE. Did you know your counselor will always give you his/her undivided attention when you need him/her? OR if your counselor isnt there.. here's something else: Talk to mom and dad! They love you, right? Tell them how you feel! Or if you know they wont listen.. a trusted adult in your family! Someone! Anyone! You know what? People dont work? Turn to a simple hobby that works as a peaceful therapy to you. Drawing, writing, reading, games, video games, sports, going to the mall, hanging with friends, even taking a walk outside! Those can be very helpful. But above all, in my opinion, I very much think its right to talk to a counselor if you have one.

The reason I made this is because from the moment I walked into school, I have been bullied both emotionally and physically for about 11 years of my life. And when I look on that, my current grade level and my age, its a pretty big number of years. I know very much of bulliers and the things I've heard commonly being their reason. Which happens to be just that. But it just isnt right to use. It really isnt. Its not fair. And it needs to stop right now. The excuses to hurt another NEED to STOP... And I do believe we have the power to.
